Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
Pasta Night Club currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier's ability to meet delivery schedules.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, our shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for more information.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at michelle@pastanightclub.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [insert email address]. Please provide your order number, photos of the damaged item(s), and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
