Return & Exchange Policy
What is the return/exchange policy?
At Pasta Night Club, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please review our policy details below:
- Final Sale: All sales are final and may not be returned, canceled, or exchanged unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, please email us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order at michelle@pastanightclub.com. Include your name, order number, and a description of the issue, along with a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy:
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in their original product packaging.
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Please email our team at michelle@pastanightclub.com to initiate an exchange. We will guide you through the process.
- Exchange Information: Provide us with the details of your original item and what you would like to exchange it for. Your new item will be shipped once we receive the return tracking information.
- Return Shipping: Please note that we do not offer return shipping labels, and this cost will be your responsibility. Exchanges can take up to 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If your desired exchange item is out of stock, you may exchange it for an item of equal value.
